  • This is our online version of the Nicholson McBride Resilience Questionnaire.

    This survey is not indicative of whether you are living with a mental health problem, like anxiety or depression, but rather feelings about your own levels of resilience. If you are worried that your resilience reflects poor mental health and you need help - please consult a health professional.

    The survey consists of 12 statements that could possibly apply to you that you must rate on how much you agree with each. Be honest: understanding the specific areas in which you lack resilience will enable you to get the most out of the feedback you will receive.
