Dare I mention that word hay fever without causing some sort of negative reaction. Whatever the case, it affects many of us whether we like it or not.
Hay fever occurs amongst those who are allergic to pollen and fungal spores. The immune system rejects these allergens causing sneezing, coughing, runny nose, itchy eyes and throat. House dust mite, pet hair and moulds are also other allergens that we can react to.
